Site Worth Mention: IFFA

Founder Robert Kloskowski of Bozeman, MT started the International Fly Fishing Association (IFFA) in 1996 as way to exchange thoughts and ideas about the sport of flyfishing on a worldwide scale.

Today the group has grown to include members from over forty-six countries and actively trades information, stories, reports, photographs and other information on the sport of fly fishing through email and the organization's web site.

Face to face exchanges also occur each year when members attend IFFA conclaves. In the past these conclaves have been held in the U.S.A., New Zealand and Europe.

Chief among the concerns of the group is the conservation of all fish along with the watershed and habitat degradation issues which effect their environment in all waters world wide.

The non-profit group supports itself through the sale of t-shirts, hats, calendars and the donations of members.
